About ForwarderOne

We are a freight forwarder for ocean, air and land (rail or truck) international shipping. We specialize in servicing e-commerce businesses to ship cargo from China to warehouses in the US, Canada, EU and UK.

We do both LCL and FCL shipping. We can connect our customers with suppliers that insure cargo, customs brokers, and origin cargo inspections. We have a digital platform where our customers can track shipments, organize their documents, and optimize their processes. Learn more in our Why ForwarderOne? section.

We are a digital freight forwarder in the e-commerce sector. In other words, we focus many of our efforts on developing efficient systems based on technology such as an online portal, international shipment tracking, automated quoting that optimize shipping cost for our customers.

We also specialize in the e-commerce sector. Our founders have built successful D2C brands on Amazon FBA, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, etc. Understanding the e-commerce business operation, import and export matters enables our customers to build a more solid supply chain. We service Amazon FBA sellers of any size. No matter you just started your business or you are a mature seller, we will help you ship your product at the best rate.

Although ForwarderOne started in 2020, some of our experts have more than 10 years working in shipping lines, carriers, and other freight forwarders. Our co-founders knew about the logistics pain points, day-to-day activities and e-commerce business operation before developing ForwarderOne.

We opened our first office in Yiwu, China. We currently have offices in Yiwu, Shanghai and Las Vegas. We have inbound warehouses close to major logistic hubs in Ningbo, Shanghai, Yiwu and Shenzhen.

You can also use our cost calculator to quickly check an estimated cost of shipping. The estimated cost does not include an accurate tariff, pick up fee, etc. However, when you do the initial research of a new product launch, you can get a rough idea about the shipping cost of freight forwarding from China to your destination.

Yes. We charge 1% of product value as insurance premium and we will cover the product value plus shipping fee should there be any loss to the cargo. However we do not cover damage of the goods as we believe customers or suppliers are responsible for the proper packaging of the cargo.
