Can you collect cargo from my supplier?
Yes. We coordinate supplier pickup and preparation from China and Korea. Share your supplier’s contact details, commercial invoice and packing list when you book.
Do you offer both ocean and air freight?
Yes. We offer LCL and FCL ocean freight and air freight options. The right service depends on your cargo and shipment requirements.
Can you deliver to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We coordinate shipment preparation and delivery to Amazon FBA warehouses. Share your shipment IDs, labels and destination details so we can confirm the requirements.
Will you handle all the shipping processes, or do I need to find a customs broker to manage imports?
We coordinate supplier pickup, export, freight, customs clearance and final delivery for eligible routes. Your quote confirms the route, product and agreed scope, including customs broker and trucking arrangements.
Are your shipping prices inclusive of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)?
DDP is available on eligible China-to-USA and Korea-to-USA ocean and air bookings. Your confirmed quote sets out freight, customs clearance, import duties, taxes and final delivery, along with the agreed scope and exclusions. Confirm courier duty billing for express shipments.
What is the process for moving forward if we choose ForwarderOne as our freight forwarder?
Request a quote with your product, pickup location, cargo-ready date, carton count, dimensions, weight and destination. Once the service and scope are confirmed, book through the portal. Your account manager coordinates the next steps.
Will you provide tracking numbers for my shipments?
For small-parcel delivery (SPD), tracking numbers appear on the Shipment page when available after dispatch. For less-than-truckload delivery (LTL), the Shipment page shows the freight tracking reference (PRO number) when available.
What steps should I follow after confirming a booking on your portal?
After booking, share accurate supplier contact details, the commercial invoice and packing list, and any required shipment labels. Complete payment according to your confirmed booking terms. Your account manager will confirm pickup and delivery arrangements.
What documents or information are required to initiate and complete the shipping process?
For most shipments, documents include a commercial invoice and packing list, plus a bill of lading or airway bill. Import permits or certificates of origin may be required depending on the route and product. Amazon FBA shipments also need FBA labels and shipment IDs.
How can I track my shipment?
Use the portal’s Shipment page to follow shipment milestones, documents and delivery updates. Your account manager can help with questions and delivery arrangements.
